Brandt Callaghan - Managing Director

Brandt started Red Mercury in early 2006 as a Platinum Business partner of Vodafone. Previously, Brandt was General Manager Telstra Mobile and Mobile Data Sales and Solutions, responsible for business mobile sales across a range of segments in all states.

Prior to this Brandt held a number of roles within Optus including National Sales Manager Optus Business Mobile involving National responsibility for mobile, voice and data sales across all segments from SME to Corporate and Government.

Prior to his career in Telecommunications, Brandt held a variety of roles in Caltex including Retail management, Commercial and Operations manager and Marketing development.

Rina Mitsaris - National Activations Manager

Rina joined RM in May 2006. Rina has extensive experience in Mobile, fixed and data direct sales. She has previously managed an inbound customer service call centre servicing 1000's of business and residential telecommunications customers. Rina has a Bachelor of Education. Rina manages the Activ8 team who is responsible for transitioning customers to Red Mercury.  

Megan Belanger - National Operations and Marketing Manager

Megan joined the Brackenbury Group in 2002 as part of Digicall Australia. Megan has held multiple State Management roles for Digicall in SA, WA and VIC responsible for the Vodafone Core stores. Megan moved to RM in July of 2006. Megan's passion is national and local marketing. She also manages the in-house account management and lead generation team. Megan is focused on growing the Red Mercury business through innovative outbound marketing and lead generation and proactive account management.  

Steve Shaw - State Sales Manager NSW

Steve has been involved in Telecoms for the last 12 years, joining RM from the UK where he successfully ran his own Telecoms company. He has successfully managed teams in both start up and international organizations such as KPN Qwest and T-Mobile. Steve has extensive experience in mobile, fixed and data communications, along with a strong management background.

Rob Bellian - State Sales Manager VIC

Rob has spent 15 years in Telecommunications, in 96' Rob joined Optus and held a number of positions throughout his 11 year tenure. Having experienced the introduction and growth of Mobile communications in Australia he held various roles at Optus including Sales, Account Management, Global Account Management and Government Enterprise. Rob joined Red Mercury in 2007 whilst also developing a very successful family business.  

Daniel Coughran - State Sales Manager QLD

Daniel has been with RM since July 2006. Daniel has successfully managed the QLD team and has also managed the NSW team. He has over 10 years of Business to Business Telecommunications experience and over 14 years of Business to Business sales experience. Daniel has a background in IT with a Diploma in Info Tech - Business Systems.

Lee Lake - State Sales Manager SA

Lee joined RM in February of 2006. Prior to this position Lee successfully owned and operated a number of businesses including Logicall Communications a business to business communications company employing 30 people. He was co-founder and director of Nexus Corporation selling Primus Telecom and previously the MD of Lakeside Marketing selling a range of Optus services. Lee has 14 years experience in successfully managing direct sales teams within the Australian Telecommunications industry.
