Traditional and Malibu Awnings has been a mobile and landline customer of Red Mercury for the best part of 12 months.
We would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone looking to change providers for these services. We have saved an average of 30% on our bills per month and received great support and service every step of the way.
Although we may have had some concerns around coverage, we can safely say that Vodafone coverage has been comparable and we have not experienced any issues that would prove to be a detriment to our business.
All in all, we are very satisfied with our decision to use Red Mercury as a service provider and can highly recommend them to anyone looking for outstanding service and pricing in the future.

Our experiences with Red Mercury have been fantastic. Our account manager, Melanie Taylor, takes care of anything we require; she’s our one-stop-shop. Whether I need to check an account balance, set-up new services or activate global roaming on a particular phone I always know that I only ever have to deal with one person and I can rely on her to get it done. It saves me a lot of time and headaches, allowing me to get on with my job rather than sitting in telephone queues.

Our company has been a Red Mercury customer for 2 years, during this time all of our requests have been dealt with efficiently and on time.
In the main our contact has been by email or phone, also on occasions the staff have gone out of their way and come to our office to assist with enquiries.
We are currently using a number of mobile phones, SIM phones and also utilizing the new landline service.
Our construction company prides itself on the service we provide to our clients and from our dealings with red mercury they do the same.

For a great deal of this time I have been dealing with Melanie Taylor who has always been very helpful. Because of the excellent service we have received from Red Mercury and Melanie, rather than dealing with the Telco directly – I often find myself asking Melanie to make any changes that we require.
